Terms of Service for Alarm.Ai

These Terms of Service govern your use of Alarm.Ai (Android package:
com.alarmai.alarm_ai).
1) Use of the App
Alarm.Ai helps users manage alarms, reminders, birthdays, routines, and productivity tools. You are responsible for configuring alarms, permissions, device volume, battery settings, and notification settings correctly on your device.
2) No Critical-Reliance Guarantee
Alarm.Ai is provided for personal productivity and reminder use. Do not rely on the app as the sole method for critical, emergency, medical, safety, legal, financial, or time-sensitive obligations.
3) Optional Google Features
If you choose to use Google Sign-In or Google Drive backup, you authorize Alarm.Ai to use the requested Google permissions for the selected feature. Backup data is stored in your own Google Drive app data storage.
4) User Data
Your use of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any information you enter into the app.
5) Intellectual Property
Alarm.Ai, including its app name, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by its developer or licensed to the developer. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except as permitted by law.
6) Availability and Changes
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
7) Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
