Privacy Policy for Alarm.Ai

Alarm.Ai (Android package: com.alarmai.alarm_ai) helps users
manage alarms, reminders, birthdays, and productivity tools.
1) Data We Collect
- Most app data is stored locally on your device (for example alarms, reminders, birthdays, notes, and preferences).

If you enable Google Drive backup, backup data is uploaded to your own
Google Drive
appDataFolderusing your Google account. - If you enable contact import, we access contact details needed for birthday reminders (such as name, phone number, birthday, and contact photo if available).
2) Permissions We Request
- Notifications / Exact alarms / Full-screen alarms: to deliver alarm and reminder alerts.
- Contacts (optional): to import phone or WhatsApp contacts for birthday reminders.
- Usage access / Accessibility / Do Not Disturb (optional): for Focus Mode app-blocking features.
- Internet: required for optional Google Drive backup/restore through Google Sign-In.
3) How We Use Data
We use data to provide app functionality (alarms, reminders, birthday notifications, focus tools), save your settings, and perform backup/restore when requested by you.
4) Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with services needed for features you choose to use, such as Google Sign-In used only for Drive backup/restore, or third-party apps when you explicitly share content.
5) Data Retention and Control
- Local data remains on your device until you edit/delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
- You can revoke permissions anytime from Android settings.
- Drive backup data remains in your Google Drive appDataFolder until deleted.
6) Children
Alarm.Ai is not directed to children under 13.
7) Security
We apply reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
8) Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Updates will be reflected by changing the effective date and content.
